Congratulations on being selected to participate in the 2026-27 ASN HDU Home Dialysis Scholarship program!

Please complete the form below to gain access to the ASN HDU Home Dialysis Virtual Education Series website and to select which cohort you will join, Group A or Group B.

On the website you will find links to upcoming sessions, background materials and cases. You will also be able to find recordings of past sessions.

Please note that the website will go live around August 20. We will send you an email to let you know when it is live.

By creating this account, you are registering for the virtual education series as part of the scholarship program, and you are allowing ASN and HDU to use your name and/or likeness in promotional and educational materials.
