Session Description

Despite the abundant body of evidence showing the effectiveness of recent innovations such as SGLT2 inhibitors and advanced test systems, there is a paucity of implementation among nephrologists. This session presents both patient and practitioner recommendations to improve implementation across the continuum of care.
