About FinD
The American Society of Nephrology (ASN) is proud to announce the launch of Fostering Inclusivity in Dialysis Access (FinD), a groundbreaking initiative designed to create future generations of leaders, regardless of your current level of practice.
FinD focuses on dialysis access, particularly to improve outcomes and experience for people who are living with kidney diseases and that are impacted by health care disparities. FinDs aim is to accomplish this goal by offering a one-year leadership training, career specific mentoring, and networking experience for nephrology professionals like you. If you are interested in developing your leadership abilities to Foster Inclusivity in Dialysis Access, please apply.
FinD is now accepting applications.
Recognizing the need for diversity in the workforce, individuals from all professional nephrology tracks are encouraged to apply.

What you can expect as a participant:
- Comprehensive Training: didactic and experiential training, career development, and leadership in vascular access.
- Longitudinal Mentorship: robust mentorship and networking program to support participants’ individual career goals.
- Future Opportunities: pathway to ASN activities and leadership roles

- Letter of recommendation from the Division Director or equivalent supervisor, specifically supporting the individual’s ability to commit to program activities.

Selection Considerations:
- Applicants should be prepared to discuss their career related interests, education background, commitment to dialysis access, experiences with underserved populations, involvement in health organizations, and examples of overcoming challenges through teamwork.
