Purpose
The purpose of the TDAT Steering Committee is to provide leadership, guidance, and strategic planning for ASN’s Transforming Dialysis Access Together (TDAT) initiative.
Objectives
- Engage subject matter experts. The TDAT Steering Committee will be composed of the leadership of the TDAT Workgroups. The TDAT Steering Committee will schedule routine and timely sessions.
- Publish an article through ASN’s media and communications platform to inform the public about the Transforming Dialysis Access Together (TDAT) initiative.
- The TDAT Steering Committee will develop a consensus statement regarding the support for championing change in the area of dialysis access. This statement can then be distributed through all ASN social media channels.
- The TDAT Steering Committee will perform an assessment of the membership and engagement of each workgroup to inform leadership of opportunities for improvement.
