Fostering Innovative Leaders in Nephrology and Dialysis (FIND) program is a one-year leadership development opportunity for early-career nephrology professionals looking to build experience and grow within the kidney care field.

Participants will:

• Join monthly virtual sessions focused on leadership and career development
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced nephrology leaders
• Design and refine a capstone project
• Present work at an in-person symposium
