Welcome Dr. Waikar, New Chair for AKINow!
Dr. Sushrut Waikar assumed the Chair of AKINow on January 1, 2024. Dr. Waikar replaces Dr. Samir Parikh, who has begun his term as Secretary to the ASN Council. Dr. Waikar is the Norman G. Levinsky Professor of Medicine at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and Chief of Nephrology at Boston Medical Center.
